  Team Rabih was great! They met with us before our home search and talked to us about the process and what they would do, what we should expect, etc. When we had found our house, they worked with the lender to get a second appraisal approved to help everything go smoothly on our end. I'd use them again and recommend them.

  Great experience working with Rabih and his team! I loved the weekly updates which provided a detailed overview of the mortgage process, as it can be very daunting at best, and where we stood at each stage throughout the process. This is our second time working with Rabih and the reason is because of his friendliness, responsiveness, knowledge of the mortgage business and overall great attitude! He took his time to meet with my husband and I to explain the mortgage process and address our many questions. The day of our close, after we signed all of the documents, Rabih stuck around a while after to answer the additional questions we had. He takes a personal interest in his clients and to me that goes a very long way. Buying a home can be very stressful so to me being able to work with a great group of people who has your best interest at heart makes all the difference in the world.   I wish there was a 7 star rating so i can give it to team Rabih because they deserve it. We bought our first home, we were worried and had no idea about mortgage rates, market etc. Rabih gave us the right information we needed and made the home purchase so easy that we still dont believe that we are home owners. He was fantastic, outstanding, knowledgeable and honest. Also we were so glad to work with his production partner "Linda" she was amazing with following up on the requirements and docs.   Rabih dealt with me fairly and honestly. When we sat down together he went out of his way to make sure I understood all my options and the details of those options. I almost considered another lender with a competitive rate, but when I went with Rabih because of the ease in working with them, their organization and efficiency in securing my loan, and their commitment to helping me understand and stay on top of my closing. The result: a smooth close, a great rate, and no stress. P.S.: Rabih's associate Linda was a delight. Even while torrential rain kept her from the office, she was holding my hand the whole way.
