  I recently had the opportunity to work with Howard, Stacey, and their team on funding the purchase and rehab of an investment property that I needed to close on quickly. Their personal service is what makes it ideal to work with them! The application process is easy and quick. When ever we needed a draw from the rehab budget to get the contractors paid, they were quick to respond and wire the money over quickly to keep the project on time. We are currently working on our next deal together and I am sure there is more to come!

  I recently closed a deal with Howard for the first time and have to say it was one of the smoothest closings I've ever had from start to finish - easy and quick with no paperwork headaches, as they have a great team that works together to get the job done! Draws are also a plus, as Howard personally takes the time to make sure we have inspection as soon as it's called in, with an immediate wire of funds, which definitely isn't the case with most lenders that are out there. Both Howard and Stacey were also extremely responsive in getting all questions answered and taken care of in a timely manner, which truly shows the intention of relationship building beyond just a transaction. I will certainly be using Rock East Funding for my flips moving forward!

  Unprofessional and asked dumb questions. I'm a fix and flip investor and I'm used to the pre-qualification process for many hard money lenders. He kept doubting my answers and asking if I own property, as if I hadn't just said we have done this hundreds of times. Their loss on a good deal they didnt even look at because lf irrelevant questions that no other lender asked.

  I have been dealing with other lenders for past 9 years before I met howard on October of 2019. Since october of 2019 I have close 8 loan with howard it was a really good experience he required very little documentation and quick closing the fastest loan we close was less than a 5 business day without a hesitation i would give rock East Funding 5 stars
