  I contacted Mackoul Risk Solutions on a Wednesday afternoon at around 4:30 pm. I had a client who had forgotten to bind commercial insurance for a building where the closing was to be the next day at 11:30 am. By 10:30 am we had coverage. Special recognition goes to Gina Corso!

  I have been working with this group for about 5 months now and I cannot say enough great things about them. Rebecca and her assistant Danielle have been an absolute pleasure to work with from the minute we switched to them. I only wish we would have switched sooner. Trust me - this is one of maybe 3 reviews I have ever felt compelled to write - to me Rebecca and her team have been a godsend and I look forward to years of continued business.

  I changed my insurance company to Mackoul, because my old company refused to honor my wishes for the type of insurance I wanted.In reality,I found out that my old company would not honor my wishes because their commission would be lower. At Mackoul, my insurance consultant, Justin Kraus, has been very knowledgeable with all aspects of insurance and helped me switch all of my insurance to Mackoul. On 9-20-19, one of my policies needed to be renewed. Well low and behold, my insurance consultant, Justin Kraus, personally reviewed my policy and placed it with another carrier which saved me a substantial amount of money. When paying my bill, I joked, said, thank you and said “ as long as your company is being compensated.” He laughed compassionately and said, “sure we are.” Everything went smoothly. I am so happy with them. Five star company all the way. Thank you Mackoul. I give permission for Mackoul to release my phone number to anyone who would want to speak with me about their service.

  I have my personal auto policy through Mackoul & Associates. It gives me peace of mind to know that I have someone on my side and who essentially "has my back." The employees of Mackoul & Associates are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and prompt to answer any and all of my questions. It's nice to put a face and a name to my insurance agent. I absolutely recommend purchasing insurance through Mackoul!
