  Out of all my transactions in real estate this was, by far, the best, smoothest transaction i have ever experienced from any hard money company. Needed to close a property in about a week and Michael made it happen seamlessly. If you are not using Rock East for your funding needs, you are missing out.

  I very thankful, grateful and beyond excited about Rock East Funding! Within one year my company, Greenheart Holdings, LLC, was able to do 4 deals using Rock East Funding as our hard money lenders. Our 2 flips are currently in contract and turned out great, thanks to Rock East Funding and our 2 rentals are actively being renovated. Michael is very informative, responsive and so easy to work with. The fees are minimal at best compared to other HML's and the holding costs are also less extreme. We were able to maximize our profit and minimize our risk using their team. They make everything simple, easy, and very timely. They are a top notch professional organization. I can't wait until our next deal!

  I am very happy with Rock East Funding I have done a couple of flips using their financing and just purchased a 3 Family to hold using their financing as well.
