  Shout out to the RCB Pleasant Grove office! These guys are great! Colton, Katie and Jeff are all top notch. Buying a house and getting a loan can be worst than the dentist but these guys make it as painless and smooth as possible. They really do care about you. I use and will continue to use rock canyon bank for all my banking needs.

  Grateful I went with Rock Canyon, the experience with them went smoother than with previous loans. Colton Sheriff was great to work with, never got the impression that I was bothering him when I called. He gave us multiple options and it was obvious that he is an expert in the field. I have told any of my friends buying a home to reach out to Colton. Would definitely go this route again in the future.

  The customer service is amazing! If anything you should go just to see Susan! She is the best! The rest of the staff is awesome as well, Logan will help you with the app, he’s very smart. Lisa is super nice and fun to talk to! Parker and Janet are quick and efficient. I enjoy every visit. I wish I could rate them 15 out of 5 stars, because they have earned it.

  We have been with Rock Canyon for over 4 years as a business. We had an SBA loan with them and they serviced that loan for us and everything went very well. We had a hiccup in operation on our end and we had a check come back with non sufficient funds. With some negotiating back and forth the bank did help us get it resolved and put everyone in a better situation. A big thanks to Ricky Monroe over there who ironed out the details for us. Thank you, and we look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

  excellent bank; I recommend it and the bankers are very friendly and competent, 3 stars because the ATM does not have the option of depositing in cash and any deposit must be done in drive-thru and because of my work schedule I cannot deposit my money, rock Canyon should invest in having ATMs with cash deposit option, outside of that it is an excellent bank
