  Utterly disappointed in Rock Canyon Bank. I hadn’t even heard of Rock Canyon until the CEO came into my workplace. He spoke highly of this institution and emphasized how different they were, how each member was treated like a person and not just an account number, so on and so forth. This inspired me to leave my credit union that I had banked with for over 12 years. What a mistake that was! Unfortunately for me, I have found his high praise to hold no merit. In the few short months I’ve banked here I’ve had a difficult time getting a reply to my emails. I’ve left messages that have never been returned. There are also a few minor issues but I feel it’s mainly to do with them being fairly new such as: long wait time for debit card, the website lacking pertinent information and the mobile app lacking less financial tools than my credit union. My deal breaker is the claim to be “different” and the vow to treat you like a person. I have found that to be completely untrue. You are just a number here. Period. I genuinely had high hopes that this bank would be a great fit for me. I would not recommend Rock Canyon Bank to anyone.

  The people in the branch seem really nice but they nickel and dime you to no end with bank fees. The last straw was when they charged inactivity fees to my 12 yr old daughter because she had not used her savings account. $5 a month. What kind of a horrible bank charges inactivity fees on a child's savings account. I recommend you avoid them at all costs.

  Moved here from Chase. HUGE difference in customer service. We keep our checking accounts here and refinanced our home through their mortgage program. Every employee we have interacted with has been super helpful and accessible. We love it.

  We have been with Rock Canyon for over 4 years as a business. We had an SBA loan with them and they serviced that loan for us and everything went very well. We had a hiccup in operation on our end and we had a check come back with non sufficient funds. With some negotiating back and forth the bank did help us get it resolved and put everyone in a better situation. A big thanks to Ricky Monroe over there who ironed out the details for us. Thank you, and we look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

  Gavin F helped up out with refinancing our mortgage. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Gavin was on top of everything and kept us in the loop. He got us locked into an awesome rate and made the experience as pleasant as possible. I’d give 10 starts if I could!!!
