  For the first 9 months of my Villa purchase everything was great! We had addressed 3 items that needed to be taken care before the year end that customer care had agreed to fix. The vendors have fixed a number of items over the first 9 months which was good. I sent in a request at the end of the 12 months(Nov.) to see about the items that hadn’t been completed. I didn’t hear anything for 7 weeks-and only after talking to my Supervisor that handled construction of my Villa.He contacted the project manager and told he should call and work something out-which was all I was asking for! I received nothing from project manager but received an email (from customer service) telling me that those 3 items would not be addressed except one item would be looked at 2 year anniversary (which I was fine with that). I just don’t understand as these items are not high priced items. JUST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Nothing but quality! Courteous, professional staff willing to do whatever it took to make the sale. Love this community. Heading to Denton, Texas to see the property. Really appreciate the personal attention of Ed Robson!

  Robson is a direct competitor to the Del Webb products, and they compete very well. I like their Arizona communities, and Saddlebrook Ranch is the best overall. SR is pricier than the other Arizona communities, but very well put together with every amenitiy one could think of. Robson Ranch near Casa Grande is the least expensive in the Robson Arizona world, but the geographic setting is not as pretty as SR. BUT, all Robson communities are outstanding, in my opinion. I have visited all of Robson's Arizona communities.

  We ( my wife and I) went to ROBSON RANCH in Eloy on February 9th ( Sunday) at about 12:30. We took the tour of the facility and fell in love with the the place. WE WERE GIVING THE SALE PITCH BY A GENTLEMAN NAMED GLENN. AFTER THE TOUR WE SAT DOWN AND STARTED THE PAPERWORK TO BUY A HOME .WE WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO PUT DOWN $15000 to start the process ,which we did. We were told by GLENN THAT IT WAS NONREFUNNABLE . AFTER WE GOT HOME WE HAD SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT IT SO ON WEDNESDAY (February 12th) less then 3 days later ,we went back to tell the manager. Jason that we had changed our mind and ask if we could get out of the contract, he said he would in to it but said the money was NONREFUNNABLE. But said he would try ( our point was we understand but it had only been 3 days and that we were willing to pay a portion of the $15000) we feel the full amount is not fair given that it was such a short time frame (PLEASE FOLLOW UP ON THIS )I FEEL THAT IF WE HAD WAITED A WEEK OR MORE THEN WE WOULD NOT HAVE AN ARGUMENT IN THIS MATTER
