Most of the time the staff is very friendly and helpful. Twice I didnt have my DL with me and I needed to pull money out of my savings account. I went through the drive thru both times, the first time the lady was very kind and helpful, assured me I didn't need it as they have my picture on file already and that was sufficient. I Loved it as that was so convenient. The second time that happened the lady refused to help me unless I walked into the lobby, and was less than nice. I was heated that day. Otherwise very satisfied.

Five stars for the location haha I no longer have to drive 20 min to a credit union! I should have gotten the name of the young lady who works in the drive thru window super nice!! Been there twice and she has such a kind spirit! Teller 1590 is a sweetheart!

Christina (Asst Mgr) and the team at First are professional and personal- they have taken the time to get to know our family and really care. It feels like a small town CU with our best interest in mind. We had a terrible experience at the Tempe location, but this Ocotillo Branch is 5-star!! I would give them more if I could.

      Response from the owner

Hannah, Thank you for your kind words! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences. Sorry to hear of an experience that was below expectations. A Member Experience Team representative will reach out to learn how we can further improve.

The entire team at the Ocotillo branch is amazing. I wouldn't bank anywhere else in Chandler. If you want to work with people who genuinely care about you (not like a big bank) and will always go the extra mile for customer service, then First CU (more specifically the branch in Ocotillo, Chandler) is the bank for you.

      Response from the owner

Woohoo! Thanks for the awesome rating. We love our members. :)

Was out of town, lost my debit card and didn’t have my account number with me. I called multiple times and was told I can’t be helped because I don’t have any of that info. Even after I told them I lost my card and just wanted it locked, the worst bank ever. Not for working people, bank hours 9 to 5 and not opened weekends, absolutely the worst bank. They will not help you access your account and even worst your money, the app and online account access is a joke. If you need your money and not rich(92% of americans) don’t use this bank.
