  In the beginning, my intention was to refinance the current Reverse Mortgage on my home. Naturally I turned to Richard Simpao who I consider my "go to guy" for all things related. Within a very short time the refinance of my property switched to a Finance of my new property in another state. Without blinking an eye Richard switched gears, took my application for a new Reverse Mortgage, got the appraisal, and in to underwriting for approval in record time. If I could give more than five stars I would!

  Richard Sampoa,Reverse Mortgage Specialist was very knowledgable and guided us through the whole process. We couldn't have done it without him. He was very patient,understanding with all of are questions and concerns. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking to do a reverse mortgage.

  The process was longer than I had expected but I had many conflicts with my work schedule. My agent was really great. Walked me through the process and explained the process step by step. would recommend him highly.

  Richard Simpao was and is my lender for my reverse Mortgage , He's knowledge and Experience on the product made feel at ease to make this huge step , he held my hand through the entire process and beyond making sure I understood clearly and answer all my questions And concerns ! The team at he’s office we’re Such help to get it done! I know we all get a bit scare when an unknown product it’s presented to us , specially when it comes to our most precious investment OUR home , but I had precious loans regular loans as we call them. A reverse mortgage takes the pressure away from you when you are a sole provider or just at that point of your life that you just want to enjoy life and leave a little , I definitely recommend it !

  Where to begin! I have financed & refinanced more times than I can count, but this transaction was different & not as familiar to me . Their in-house expert Richard Simpao briought his years of expertise to guide me through the comprehensive process seamlessly every step of the way.
