      Beyond the worse bank I have ever deal with. They make sooo many mistakes never take what you tell them and apply it to your account every single thing that has to do with your account is up to the person setting it up or dealing with it at any time. I would never recommend them. Especially not the gray branch. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. They hurt people more than they do anything at all. 🖕🖕

      Put a hold on a paycheck for $117.00 for 3 weeks, like REALLY NOW!! Didn't have an issue depositing the first couple and now suddenly one that's less than those hafta be put on hold.. I'm sure Ingles will be glad to know y'all don't trust their money.. And I only gave it one star cause ya can't do half ones..

      Most of the staff is polite. One lady, I think her name was Jennifer, was pretty rude to my mother and I. Had a stink face the whole time we were speaking to her, and proceeded to make comments about my mom chewing bubble gum, saying it was gross.
