  I had a great experience with Auto Owners and the claims representative, Reed Painter. As soon as Reed was assigned to my claim he was efficient in contacting me and he got the ball rolling. Reed got me connected with an independent adjuster, who was also extremely nice & professional. Reed also followed up with me & made sure I understood the remaining process for completing my claim. Reed was professional, respectful, caring & concerned in regard to my claim. I was actually dreading the whole process after a deer ran into my vehicle. I would like to commend Reed on his professionalism & respectfulness. I would also like to thank him for making the entire process painless & for taking care of my needs. Keep up the great work REED!

  Let me start by saying I have had to deal with many insurance companies in the past for personal reasons and for business reasons. Our experience with Auto-Owners has been phenomenal all the way around. The adjuster that come out to our home was Mr. Ben Pearson. He was polite, caring, and knew his stuff. He went above and beyond for us. He walked us through everything we needed to know and he has continued to call and keep us informed on the status of things. We are greatly pleased with his service and will recommend Auto-Owners in the future!

  I have had two experiences involving insurance claims through Auto-Owners - an automobile wreck and storm damage. Both were handled very professionally and in a timely manner. I was very impressed. My most recent experience was dealing with storm damage. Dylan Dunbar has went above and beyond to assist me with this claim. He is definitely an asset to the company as well as the others I dealt with on both claims. I highly recommend Auto-Owners to anyone seeking a very reliable insurance company. Keep up the good work!!!

  Ben Pearson and Cliff Williamson were great to work with. No hassles! They inspected everything and picked up every detail that was damaged. Very prompt in their response. Glad I have all my properties insured with Auto-Owners Ins.

  Had to make a claim for my roof being damaged. The claims adjuster came out and without my permission was looking around my property. He was there to look at my roof and a room. I told him I had never had to make a house clean before. And I asked for help and he refused to help me. Then about a week later I get a notice in the mail saying they're going to cancel my house insurance because of pre-existing damage to my floor that was there unbeknownst to me before I bought the house. These people treat you like a number instead of a person. I would have never called about my roof leaking if I had known this was going to happen. I thought that was the reason I was paying for house insurance to begin with. They do not help you at all. I highly do not recommend this company

  If I could work with Ben Pearson in every "I need help!" situation I find myself in, I would!! We had a claim that should have taken several days to figure out, and within a matter of hours (less than 2!!), Ben had flipped a crazy situation around completely and found the best opportunity available for my family. We are SO thankful that Auto Owners has Ben on their team, and if we ever find ourselves in the unfortunate situation of needing to file another claim, would be thrilled to work with him again.

  It's funny how they are getting 5stars. About a month ago my sister was in my car that I had for a year. She came to the stop light and waited for it to change. Once her light turned green, she waited 3 seconds before pulling out. Next thing you know, a drunk Mexican hits her a totaled my car. Luckily he didn't kill her. My sister has been calling almost a month, every day to see what's the deal with his insure. You guys don't answer the phone whatsoever. You guys are the worst. And on top of that you don't want to accept liability for the near deadly crash he caused.

  On one of the worst days of my life, my great grandparents house burned , it was a total loss.. there wasn’t even 4 walls standing anymore. Auto owners assigned me to Mr. Ben Pearson . He came out and was very professional but also very kind and understanding . He told me he would take care of me , which he did. He went thru the process and explained things to me .. At every step of the process he was there. Every time he contacted me during the process he was the same, always kind and he’s made this tragedy much easier to bear. Thank you mr. Ben Pearson . I will never forget how you’ve helped me
