  Great experience! Darlene has always been super helpful and patient! Anytime I had any questions, she would always get me the answers even if she didn't have them herself. She is never pushy and always wants to make sure that I am getting exactly what I expect to get. She doesn't try to convince me to do anything different for her own business needs. She is super knowledgeable and has always explained everything to me very thoroughly. I never have to question myself or her motives after speaking with her. I highly recommend Darlene to anyone who has insurance needs. She is definitely one that is there for the customer and advocates for them as well.

  We have been customers of the Robert J. Hoy Agency for several years now. We have always been very happy with the services that they have provided. Any questions that we may have had have always been taken care of in a timely manner. Darlene Bornt is our insurance representative who handles our policies. She is very knowledgeable and always very courteous whenever we contact her. We highly recommend this agency for all insurance needs.

  Jenny at the Hoy Agency is amazing and very helpful. I have used this agency for over 30 years. They are always available when I need assistance. It is a great feeling to have an insurance agent there to help when an issue comes up. There are many advantages to using a local agency instead of one you find on the internet. I'll stay with them for many more years.

  Mary was super helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that transitioning from our current agency to theirs was a piece of cake. I would highly recommend her or anyone. The agency’s prices bet the local competitors out there and she saved us a ton. Thanks Mary!!

  I am extremely satisfied with my insurance agent Darlene Bornt. She has provided me with my insurance which got ves me a better policy than I had at less than half the price I was paying. She also keeps up on my policy to see if she can make it even better by keeping up with changes in my policy . I honestly would recommend her and this company to anyone looking for insurance.   I had the best experience the last couple weeks working with Jenny - who I had asked to check to see if we could reduce our ins costs in any way, especially the flood ins which is very costly. Well she dug in and not only was able to drastically reduce our flood but also our car and home insurance… while simultaneously giving us broader and more thorough coverage as well. Funny thing is - she thanked me 🙃 she said it makes her day when she can help one of her customers. That is real job dedication - and it’s plain to see that Jenny has a truly heartfelt concern for others. So thankful she is part of the RJH Agency Team. This agency has served us well for many years - and from what I have experienced all the folks working there are dedicated to the needs of their clients.   I now live an hour from these guys, but no matter how far I am, I plan on keeping them for all my insurance needs. I have complete trust and peace of mind with them. They've always been so friendly, so helpful, and have gone above and beyond, even when I had special circumstances that were probably annoying to deal with. lol They were always gracious! Love these guys! This is what small business service is all about.
