  Unbelievably slow. There could be one or two cars in front of you and you're still sitting there for 10 or 15 minutes. It really is sort of mind-boggling. I guess I'm just happy it's not my bank. I bring a relative there to do their banking, thankfully only once a month

  ONLY reason I gave 1 star was because I couldn’t give anything less!!!!!!! Service at Amsterdam Key Bank was AWFUL!!!!!!! Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru as the teller took care of 2 others cars that pulled up AFTER ME only to have her say that she could not cash my PAYROLL check unless I told her my social security number and occupation even though she had my NYS drivers license!!!!!!!! I did not know that Key Bank was in the practice of collecting key pieces of personal information THROUGH THE DRIVETHRU that could lead to identity theft......NO I do not have a personal Account at Key Bank and it is safe to say I never will.....and neither will my children who had (they are now closing their accounts).....checking accounts that I had them open through Key Bank when they went away to college!!!!!

  Teller are very friendly and be very patient with me I’m deaf guy always respect me 💯 I recommend this bank is best !!!!

  The only good thing is it's a hassle free account your checks never get deposited on time and it's not reliable at night when system is constantly updating leaving you with a negative balance which means declined even if you do have money in your account not to mention the app how it constantly locks you out and you have to be calling to get it unlocked
