  Robert helped my son to obtain a mortgage for his first condo. I was the buyer's agent in this transaction that was completed a week ago. Robert and his Movement Mortgage team did a great job. We were able to close the transaction in two weeks, exactly on schedule. Anyone who attempts to purchase a house in the last few months understands how competitive the housing market is and how critical it is to be able to offer a short closing time.   Being a first time home buyer, my future wife and I had no idea what we were getting in to. We did not know how much of a process it was just for the lending portion of home buying. However, working with Robert was such a great experience. Robert was there every step of the way to help us understand and learn many things about home buying that we never knew of. Robert was very genuine, helpful, informative and always looked out for OUR best interest. Even when things seemed to get a little uncertain with the approval of our loan, Robert worked vigorously to find a solution without jeopardizing our best interest.   March 15,2021 Our Home buying experience has been a good journey with Movement Mortgage. After ten years of paying enough rent to actually buy a home a friend and coworker who had just purchased a new home introduced me to Robert Huibers Branch Manager of Movement Mortgage. With Robert's wonderful professional customer service he explained the entire process and guided us through an enormous amount of paperwork to be preapproved for a loan to buy a house. After several attempts with different Realtors, Robert personally researched and found a great local agent to negotiate a fair price. The process went fast after our bid was accepted and within less than ten days Escrow closed and we couldn't be more pleased to be in our new home.
