Craig Weeks1I would not recommend working with Allegro. I have been extremely frustrated dealing with this company, and have contacted the customer service line multiple times and spoken with multiple different agents without a resolution. I have a loan I am trying to pay down. At least with my loan, they will not let me make payments directly on the principal. What they have done is held any excess payment I made as a "credit" on my account. They say they are applying it to the payoff balance, so that if I "miss a payment" or "don't want to make a payment," they will deduct that amount from the credit on my account. What they are actually doing is assuring they will make the maximum finance charge. I've reported them to my state Attorney General's office.

Rita Maschmeier1I purchased hearing aids from Miracle Ear on 2/9/2022 and signed a credit app. for one year pay off of 5469.95 with no intrest charged. Just today 6/30/2022 they called said I only made one payment in March 2022 for Feburary 2022 which was auto withdrawn. I explained I have contract in front of me signed with auto withdrawal so why wasn't payments taken out on time? She said there system deleted the auto withdrawal and I should of called them when the auto wasn't coming out. I said no your responsibility to withdraw is in writing and signed you should of contacted me before there was late payment that will affect my credit rating because your company had a malfunction with your program. Very unhappy with Synchrony Allegro Credit who doesn't stand up for their errors.

Nawshin Kabir1Absolutely terrible company. Overcharged me and then never sent me the refund amount. And then MONTHS after I already finished paying off my account they charged me a random $1000 on my card. Absolutely avoid using them if possible!!!

Regina Lott1I don’t know what this company is doing… I got a score 739 the lowest, my highest even higher, only 8 % credit use, and they would deny my loan. I don’t get it. Worst company. I’m definitely going somewhere else. I’m not surprised reading terrible reviews about them.

Harold1This place is horrible!! Called today about my mothers account that had passed away a few months back and they could care less and would not help me. They were very uncaring rude and extremely unprofessional.

Joan Hoy1Very disappointed with Allegra credit I have called them several times I have paid my nine month loan off in full. My credit report is showing that there have they have not received any payments. Also the balance with the credit report is higher than what my loan was this is very disturbing to me. The reason I paid off the loan early is because it took them six weeks to cash my first payment. In the beginning they said I had the wrong address but it was their coupon book that I used for the address.

robert aikins2I have only used this credit agency this one time. I tried to make sense of their online payment page and was disturbed by the lack of customer support via email. None listed at all. as a result I set up a payment on their on line site. No verification this was accomplished. Then set up payment via on line banking. As a result I had two payments made within 3 days of each other. Not my intent. Then I received a form asking me to send them my banking information, witch I did...still no confirmation. I have canceled my online bank payment and am in a quandary re: what to expect and what to do next. RESULT...I WONT DO THIS AGAIN.

Shirley Hawk1Allegro credit has the worst customer service ever. I tried through emails, letters, and phone calls to resolve an issue. Weeks would go by without any correspondence from the customer service department. When I finally talked to someone on the phone, they assured me the company would immediately take care of it. Again there was no communication from Allegro. It has been one year and four months since my first attempt to rectify my situation. It has still not been resolved through no fault of my own. I will never do business with Allegro Credit again.
