  Sue is the real pro in her field of work(subject matter expert). Honest, hard working, patient and a very reliable person. She was my mortgage officer when I first bought this house ten years ago. When I was planning to refinance, the first thing that came to my mind was to ask her help again. I do not have time to read all documents and as usual I follow her lead. She follow up with me all the time during the process to remind me what the next step was. I gave her a great credit for that. She is the best of the best.

  I worked with James Jin for my refi and it was great. He is very responsive to my questions. The refi rates were good. The only negative is with gmcc loan processing (underwriting?). It took so long to process the loan, 2 months. It is a bit too long in my opinion.
