  Robert helped me with my first mortgage 5 years ago when we were buying our first home. His office is amazing. They KNOW their business. They find you the loan that works best for you and will apply any form of money saving benefit for you. Just last year Robert's office helped me refinance my original loan to help take advantage of the lower interest rate in the market. I would refer their office to any family member if mine and will work again with them in the future if needed.

  Not only do I recommend Rob on a professional basis, but I also have worked with him for my personal mortgage loans. Rob always takes the time to explain the ins and outs of the various loans available so that a person can make the right decision for themself. His vast knowledge and experience is extremely important to me. Especially because I work with clients that are all across the lending spectrum: VA, FHA, Conventional, Non-QM, and hard money loans. Rob really is one of the best loan officers out there.

  Robert Flower has to be the most caring, involved and knowledgeable professional I have ever met. From the beginning of my mortgage process Robert showed me compassion and understanding as this was all new to me. He took the time to explain anything I didn't understand no matter how simple and he made time to calm me down when I was anxious and scared. And the BEST was when he needed papers from my 91 year old mother for my mortgage to happen but she didn't want anyone to see them.. On his own he drove to Bayside to my mother's apartment to get those papers from her and promised he would take care of them. He or get at ease just like he did me.. He then drove back to Bayside to return them! What loan officer would ever do that? Robert is, by far, the most experienced loan officer. He had answers to all my questions and always got back to me promptly. He never made me feel I was annoying him no matter how many calls I made. There is no doubt that if you need a loan officer there is only one choice.. Robert Flower!
