  I found Marilyn to be very helpful. After an initial frustrating discussion with the teller, Marilyn was able to sort out a transfer issue for me. Glad to see sensible people in management roles here.

  Worst worst Bank! How come a single person at Wells Fargo can ruin the reputation of such a big bank! Wendy, or so called the Service manager is probably the worst person that ever made my banking experience the worst of all time! First of all it so hard to find a Wells Fargo newerby, i had to drive 30 miles to get to the manhasset one. Once I got there I was the only customer, the teller was very nice, then from no were Wendy comes in, cause she sees a man of color, she can't stand at, probably because she thinks we are too poor to come here, then she asked the teller to see the check, then without even taking a look at the computer, she tells me that the computer will not accept the check. what?( how stupid was that) I would have believed it if the teller would have said it, because he was the one processing the check, then I told her this is a business account I deposit money all the time, I told her I even made a deposit the day before with a specific detail of the amount .she totally ignored me, and asked me to step back and wait for 10mn, which i did, then once she sees that the check is all legit ,she went ahead and put an hold on my check! She clearly discriminated me, I had to call the bank and asked them to disregard the hold has they were very familiar to the check. Wendy is not fit to handle such a bank. Worst experience I ever had

  Waiting on the phone for my 'mortgage specialist' to get back on. Seems I can have the insurance money to complete my Superstorm Sandy repairs once the repairs are complete! (yes, you read that right) I suggest you try anywhere else before considering getting money here.

  Very slow service on wire transfer even though they were trying their best. If you have 45 mins to spare then come here. Otherwise, go to another branch.

  They closed down my two closer branches and left me with this one, which can't seem to have a functioning banking system. Now I need to drive an hour out of my way.
