  Rob Peters renders excellent service. He is efficient, professional, and very detailed with his work that we only had to provide paperwork to him only once. He was able to help us with our loan even after we had begun the process with another lender whom we had to drop, and Rob picked up the ball and ran with it and we still closed within the 45-day deadline.   I don't usually write reviews, but this guy is a rock star! I initially used Rob and Guaranteed Rate for my home purchase in Nov. 2017, then did a re-fi in Feb 2019. Both experiences were easy. When rates dropped in June 2020, I went to him a third time, as did everyone else. Despite being busy, Rob and his team delivered it a third time. The best thing about working with Rob is how overall efficient he is, not to mention the time he takes to answer your questions in non-layman terms, provide different options, crunch numbers, and keep you updated on the loan process. I am rather critical about good customer service and Rob far exceeds all my expectations. I will never use anyone but Rob when purchasing or re-financing a home.

  Rob helped us with our mortgage loan process from start to close, and then some. He helped us find a loan that worked for us (FHA) and guided us through the process, simplifying all the fancy loan vocabulary we otherwise wouldn't understand. His team was very professional and flexible. He made his schedule work for us and was available at any time, which was a huge help on our end. I'm definitely referring him to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a home and should we ever buy another home, we already know who to turn to.

  Rob Peters was the best lender I have ever worked with. I was in a high stress situation and he talked me down off of the wall every time. he was professional ,he answered every phone call ,he dealt with everything so I wouldn’t have to.he anticipated upcoming needs that I would have and he solved every problem . if I ever buy or sell a home again Rob Peters is the man I would go to regardless of who my Realtor used.   Rob Peters was superb, from the first contact with him and after my house was re-financed. He's always open to answering any questions and works with you step by step through the whole process.   had a high-interest rate adjustable loan, car payments and other bills that took up a lot of my monthly income. Talked to Rob about refinancing. Looking at my situation he said: "It might not be a slam dunk refi but I'll work hard to get it done". The goal became...refi and get cash out. Paperwork and other items were required but Rob was supportive and encouraging. finally, we signed paperwork and the refi got done. Now our monthly expenses are half of what they were before.
