  I would highly recommend Rob Morin. He really made our loan progress as stress free as possible. Rob was always available to answer any and all of our questions. He really works hard for his clients and our loan was approved very fast. We are so happy with the entire process and how quickly things went through.   Rob Morin was amazing! He went above and beyond even while going through a bad patch of his own. He was in constant communication and always ensured we were updated accordingly and promptly. He was always available to us. We had been through a few different lenders and Rob and the whole US Lending team were by far 5 star rated. We will definitely be using them again when it is time for an upgrade.

  Rob was Amazing from the first time we called him always up to closing. We had a hard time with a company before calling him. We told him that the most important thing to us was Communication and let me tell you what he went Above and beyond to make sure he stayed in touch with us and keep us up today. He is by far the best. He did everything he said he would do for us. Even though we had to push out closing a few day it still was the best Experience we could ask for. If you are looking for a home loan give Rob a call he is the guy for you.

  Rob went way beyond my expectations. I had questions on the fly that he would answer with very short notice. He made sure we were getting the best rates possible and clearly went over alternatives with the pros and cons. Rob made sure we had done everything we needed to do on our end, making the process streamlined and organized for us. Rob will be my first choice for my next house.

  Rob’s the best. Our refinance was simple and stress free due to his expertise and professionalism. He was able to lock in a 15yr fixed mortgage rate at 2.1%. I would give Rob a 6 star rating if possible.

  "Buying and selling at the same time is not for the faint of heart." You can say that again! But Rob was totally right. It was crazy, but he was with me each step of the way to adjust as necessary. He guided me through the processes with ease, and was my sounding board when I just needed to vent. He secured me AN AMAZING LOAN, and my pocketbook thanks him for the next thirty years.
