  Bruce was absolutely amazing !! He was very friendly and answered all of our questions ! Even after we had moved into our new home he made sure he was available to help us. We never felt rushed and he always made sure we understood everything that was going on. He stayed on top of everything. I highly recommend Bruce and his team!

  Bruce was so great in securing our loan! He helped us every step of the way. This was our first home purchase, so we had no idea of what it would entail. Bruce made everything simple to understand, as he broke down every aspect of it for us. We are self employed too, so there were many obstacles to overcome. He walked us through everything and when any problems arose he was right on top of it. Many times even taking care of them before we knew of them. He went well above and beyond the call of duty.   Our experience with Bruce was overall really nice. He's a nice guy and we enjoyed working with him. There were some glitches at the end and things were higher than what we were told. In the way of our costs. A little trouble with the closing date, but nothing major. Bruce got the deal closed and was always willing to talk us through any worries we had. We got the interest rate he promised and that was amazing. He is diligent and a very hard worker. We will go to him again if we or our family need a lender. Thank you Bruce for making sure we closed the deal and got the loan we wanted.

  Bruce Preston of Guild Mortgage is really an excellent, first rate loan consultant! I very much appreciated how he worked extra hard to get my credit reports straightened out. A lot of other agents might’ve just told me I didn’t qualify but Bruce went above and beyond what I expected with coordinating changes to my credit reports which allowed me to qualify for the re-finance on my home to a lower rate and with cash out for home improvements.
