  Let me start by saying I am not an individual who normally writes reviews… but this man deserves credit where credit is due. For all those out there looking to navigate the process of purchasing a home, I highly recommend Rob Cunningham. In the midst of a stressful process it was reassuring to know that my girlfriend and I had an honest, educated and personable loan officer on our side. I greatly appreciate the way that Rob sends out visual diagrams/tables breaking down pricing options, cost savings differences over multiple time intervals, loan options of different lenders and varying interest rates. Not only does he send out this information but he took the time to walk us through each option while explaining all of our questions. Multiple hours were spent on the phone in discussion with Rob and his level of calmness and positive attitude stayed consistent throughout the entire process. The process of buying a home is a big deal and Rob helped make that process become a reality for us. 7 out of 5 stars! Keep up the good work, Sir.

  Where do I even begin- Rob helped my boyfriend and I purchase our first home, and I couldn’t be more thankful. He is super informative and always answered all of my questions very thorough. Rob is super professional and definitely knows what he’s doing! He walked us through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. He’s very personable and super friendly. I will continue to recommend Rob to everyone, so glad I made the choice to go with him to help us with this process. We closed on our house on April 7th and closed on time which is awesome. It was such a pleasure working with him. If you’re looking to find a loan officer I recommend him over and over. 🎉

  My wife and I have the pleasure of working with Rob Cunningham at Arbor Mortgage, and it was nothing short of a great experience. Purchasing a home can be stressful, overwhelming, and pretty intimidating to be honest. Rob did a fantastic job guiding us through the process, communicating and explaining every step of the way, and provided us with a few different options when it came to financing our home. What drew us to Rob was his honesty, positive attitude, and thoughtfulness which was exactly what we needed while purchasing a home during a pandemic. Because of all the reasons I mentioned above, I can easily say that I would recommend him to anybody that asks, and I am confident that you will receive the same treatment that we received.   Rob was wonderful to work with. He's very kind, helpful, and went the extra mile to go over everything in detail as we had a lot of questions as first time home buyers. He took the time to make sure we felt safe and comfortable along the way as we were making the largest purchase of our lives to date! We highly recommend working with Rob to finance a mortgage. He made it fun and we even enjoyed a few beers together throughout the process!

  Rob helped me purchase my first house. He was very patient and willing to educate me on the whole world of confusing real estate terms and processes. He provided a constant stream of communication, and was always ahead of schedule with his responsibilities. He was almost always available when I called him and, if not immediately available, he returned my calls or emails within just a few minutes. On top of that, he's just an interesting guy to talk to and I'm glad he helped me through my loan process.

  We feel very lucky to have worked with Rob Cunningham on our first home loan! From our first meeting with him, he put us at ease and explained the lending process in terms we could understand.   When I started looking into a refinance a friend advised me to check with Rob – I’m sure glad they did! When you speak with Rob you are getting more than a refinance, you are getting an education. Rob took time to explain the details of the mortgage in depth (i.e. total transparency). I frankly wish I had spoken with Rob when I originally purchased my home. 100% recommended.

  Looking for a lender? Look no further than Rob. Not only was he super professional, but he was also very personable. He helped us out so much, and with every road block we had he went above and beyond to make sure it wasn't a problem. He is an amazing lender. Would definitely recommend. Especially when you don't know anything about this stuff like I didn't. He answered all my questions with patience and made sure understood everything he was saying and everything I was signing, which I was very appreciative of.
