  I had a fantastic experience working with this lender. My Fairway agent, Andrew was very responsive and thorough. He made sure we understood the process before we began and every step of the way. He worked with our broker to do everything he could to make sure we got the house we wanted. He and his team were the perfect communicators making sure we were kept aware of all details through out. It was a fantastic experience especially for first time home buyers. In terms of rates, we got competitive rates so all in all, I highly recommend, Fairway is the full package: good rates and great/quick service!

  Andrew and his team at Fairway Mortgage are hands down the best in the business! Andrew and Garrett were responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Andrew took the time to explain our options and tailored a program that best fit our circumstances . The Blend program made the application and document submission process efficient and easy to use. I cannot say enough about how transparent and enjoyable the entire mortgage experience has been. Not only do they have competitive rates and a variety of mortgage programs, but their customer service is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew and Fairway Mortgage to anyone.

  Andrew Reid and the team at Fairway was great to work with. We worked with them over a year and a half in our long home search. They were always friendly, professional, comprehensive, and responsive. My income situation was a little complex and Andrew was happy to talk through various options and answer questions. They were always happy to help in our many offer attempts and when we finally won our dream house, the closing process was super smooth. We will go to Andrew and Fairway again for future real estate transactions in the future!

  I've contacted a few different lenders for purchasing my first home. By far, Andrew and his team (Richard) were the most helpful out of all of them. They helped walk me and my SO through all the questions we had and the process with lots of patience. Whenever we had questions, they were available and very responsive and made sure we understood. They were available day or night! His team provided excellent customer service! They were also able to close *very* rapidly. A week after our offer got accepted, we decided to see if we can close sooner, and Andrew was able to close in under 20 days still. I highly recommend Andrew and his team for your mortgage needs and we would be using him again in the future!

  Working with Andrew Reid at Fairway was an absolute pleasure! This was the first time I'd ever gone through the loan process and Andrew was there for us every step of the way to answer any questions I had and further explain areas that I wasn't quite sure about it.   Being new to the state purchasing a home was already a bit daunting however Duncan and his team at Fairway were always very supportive and always available to answer any questions we had. Communication was clear and always frequent. We received many personal calls just to ensure we were ok and didn't have any questions. Duncan also went the extra mile to try and get us the best rate and help us save on our final loan. All in all this was the best experience we have ever had with a lender (3rd home we have purchased) and will certainly be recommending them and using their services again if needed!
