  Hans and his team are as excellent as they could be. They helped me with the original mortgage of my home so I didn't hesitate to call Hans for a refinance. As before, Hans took the time to walk me through the process and made it as easy and painless as possible, and helped me get a great rate. Whenever I had a question, I was able to reach out to Hans, even during off hours, and he would kindly help me with it.   I reached out to Nikki and the team at Caliber while near the end to closing a refinance with another company; I wasn’t very confident in the quote proposed and wanted another opinion. With no guarantee that she’d have my business, she was thorough, prompt, and genuine in walking me through the details and helping me understand my options. Not to mention her energy is unmatched! I knew immediately from the conversation that the penalty fees for canceling at that point didn’t matter; Caliber and being able to work with Nikki’s team specifically was the way to go and I was confident they’d have best interest.
