  Just completed a purchase that took a month to get done. If you are NOT a local, do your homework and maybe take your own financing with you. RTT works with powersports specific lenders who may look at your credit differently than your hometown bank or credit union. THAT being said, the staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. There certainly isn't a shortage of selection, and all of our questions were answered quickly. We won't be likely to return because of the distance (8 hour round trip), but we're certainly glad we found the bike we've always been wanting there.

  I wanted to trade my snowmobile for a motorcycle. I was certain that they would not give me much for my snowmobile. They gave me close to what I was asking. The Harley I bought (08 Fat Bob) was below retail by a good amount and it had very low miles and new battery & tires! They even stood behind a bad motor mount.   My experience was interesting to say the least, but I am glad to say that it worked out in the end. I purchased a 2007 Ski Doo 600 HO SDI and after about 130 miles into my first weekend ride my engine died. We took it down to RT&T and thanks to Stephen the service manager they fixed my sled with no questions asked. I was very impressed that they stood by the machine and I managed to ride another 450 problem free miles before I headed back to college. I definitely plan to return to RT&T to buy a another snowmobile.

  My salesman, Mike, was great throughout my whole experience. I live in Arkansas so having the bike shipped here was great also. My complaint is that the bike had almost no oil in it when I got it. My sv650 takes 2.9L and I put in 1.6L when I got it home. I haven’t found any leaks so I assume that it did not leak out on its way here but that the whole pre-check was never actually done.

  Gotta say this was a fantastic transaction! Traded our bike for a tri glide and Rick Smith, Jeff Santos and all the crew there stayed late on a holiday weekend Friday night to get us back on the road to Iowa. You have to see this place to understand the enormity and selection, and prices! Worth the drive.

  Bought a used Ducati here and have had a lot of issues with it. Haven’t got to drive it more than a 100 miles. This has been a bummer but Road Track & Trail has been proactive in assisting us with figuring out what’s going on. They even called me personally when they found out I was having a bad experience. This shows their dedication to their customers. I look forward to continuing my business with them.

  This was my first purchase from Road Track and Trail. Definitely NOT my last. It was a great experience. Initial contact was thru email with Adam in sales. Adam answered all my questions and helped assist in the test ride. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Road Track & Trail for your next bike to purchase.

  Purchased a Demo 2018 Arctic Cat XF7000 Crosstrek from 360 miles away. My salesperson Kelly was awesome getting me photos and answering all the questions I had. We showed up on a busy Saturday morning and were still back on the road to Minneapolis within an hour. Everyone at Road Track and Trail was super friendly and helpful. Price and service were definitely worth the drive.
