  Until 2 days ago I had been a tenant of a residential building that Outlook manages. I've lived in the building for many years, and never had any problems dealing with the management. They have always been very easy to work with, communicative, and friendly. Any requests for repairs were handle promptly. They even worked with me to find a replacement tenant in a short amount of time when I needed to move out a month before my lease was to terminate. No complaints here!

  This is our third year with Outlook, and we’ve been very satisfied working with them.   I have worked with Paul Smith and Jessica for 3 years and they are an awesome team. When ever I have an issue or a problem, I can reach out to either of them and they respond very quick with my solution or they will let me know when they will get back with me and it's almost always that same day. I enjoy being a member of Ironwood's family of tenants.

  My husband and myself have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Outlook Management. They helped us relocate when moving to the area for work purposes, and five years later they helped us when we were ready to buy a house. The property manager that we worked with is absolutely phenomenal, and we even to this day miss seeing her. I definitely recommend working with them!

  This is my first experience being in a condo and working with a management group. I have to say it’s been wonderful! Emails and requests are immediately addressed. We recently had issues with flooding In our area from storms and Debbie was immediately on sight inspecting issues and getting everything answered and resolved. As an owner this gives me great relief.

  Outlook Management has been managing my property for years. I have never had a problem. They are always available to answer an question I have. The group is friendly and totally transparent . I highly recommend them
