  I took advise from a friend about using RJ and his team for our recent home purchase. I would have to say I'm VERY glad I did. Rj and his team were very quick on response to any questions I had.   RJ was AMAZING!!! My wife and I entered the house buying process with nerves and trepidation. We were initially working with a different broker, but when we needed someone to go to bat for us, our realtor Heather Price suggested him, and he stepped in. Very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the entire process. Took the time to handle every detail, even if that meant taking a panicked call at 10pm to answer questions. He did his work even though we had a different lender, without any pressure. My wife and I decided to go with him after seeing his honest and straight forward approach. Those of us who are self employed have a ton of hoops to jump through, and he helped us navigate them seamlessly. RJ and his team are Rock Stars and they got the job done on time, even with last minute changes. Thank you!!!

  If you are looking for a lender who will go above and beyond for you then RJ is the person to call! He was always available when I needed him and worked very hard to help us close on our home!   After six other mortgages, this was the most positive experience I have ever had. RJ was professional, efficient and very comfortable to work with during this process. The close on my new home happened quickly, with no issues. He had everything together. RJ was easy to reach, knowledgeable, could answer all my questions and was always available,.   WOW!! When I was first introduced and finally met RJ for the first time back in May 2019, I was under the impression that he was trying to get my business right there and then but he would not be successful. So I said sure I don't have anything to loose and I explained that I had been in the market and only to be rejected or persuaded to not apply for mortgage loan at this time due to my holding of two other properties mortgages. He proved me wrong in that he was able to secure the mortgage and provide me with a lower rate that I was offered by other loan companies. HANDS DOWN I would highly recommend RJ - Innovative Mortgage Services to anyone who is in the market for a mortgage loan. He is very knowable and knows his product.   We met Robert through his partner Heather Price our realtor. Heather helped us sell two condos and was very attentive to our needs. My wife Is Brazilian and has income coming into the country. Robert was diligent in working through the details of how to handle all the moving parts. He was available at all times to field questions and concerns. We secured a great loan rate thanks to Roberts work. We would recommend him to anyone needing to secure a mortgage.
