  Great Business! I shop there often! the staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are great, the place is upscale and its the best place to find computers, TV's and other tech toys.

  Brought in two Milwaukee M18 Brushless Fuel Drills, two Red Lithium XC 4.0 Batteries, the charging station and a Milwaukee Tool Bag. Asked for $150 for everything. The clerk didn't even research before saying that was way off. The way it works if you want to sell something anywhere that buys items like Guitar Center or a Pawn Shop they look up Completed / Sold listings on eBay and see what the item is going for currently. Basically if I want to buy something used i have to see what it's going for on eBay to remain competitive. The most you can hope for is 60% of the used sale price, i.e. what the Completed / Sold listing went for. I told the clerk I researched these items. He said ok what you sell them for? I said I'm not here to do your job. You shot down my price and then proceeded to snidely ask me what I would sell them for If I did the research. Then when I said to look them up, he looked up one drill, if he even really looked, and said no way. Here's the breakdown as of 6/16/18 for SOLD listings, filtered by "Ended Recently so to gauge the most current market price: Milwaukee 2704-20 Hammer Drill Driver: Average sale price for several listings was just under $100. Only one sold for $71 (wish I had caught that listing when I bought this). This item can easily be sold for $99.99 at most used or even as low as $89.99. Asking price for that is between $50-$60. Milwaukee 2753-20 Impact Driver: Average Sold price for Completed / Sold sorted by Ended Recently is: between $70-$80. Asking price for that is between $40-$50 Milwaukee RedLithium XC 4.0 Ah Battery (I brought in two): Average Sold for price is between $30-$35 Asking price: $10-$15 Milwaukee 48-59-1812 Multi Voltage Charger: Average Sold For price is between $20-$25 Asking price: $10 Total at most the Pawn Shop could sell the entire bundle for is: $240 Total at least the Pawn Shop could sell the entire bundle for is: $210 ($199 if you really want to.) So in conclusion: 60% of the most they could sell for ($240) is $144 60% of the least they could sell for ($199-$210) is $120 +/-. I asked for $150 which is the most I was hoping to get. I came to $140 initially but tacked on the $10 for the Milwaukee Tool Bag. Doesn't look I was unreasonable with my asking price if it was within $6-$30 of either of those price points. Everything was cleaned and in great condition. Drills are only a few months old. Could have at least offered me $120-$125 for the entire set. The fact the he said I was way off without even doing his job of researching, the way he told me to tell him what he should sell them for, and the fact the he didn't even try and research the items was insulting. If he were trained in customer service and gave me the ol' "I'll see what I can do to get you close to that price," the experience would have at least been somewhat pleasant.
