      Terrible customer service, manger or whatever her title is was was condescending, rude, and flat out lied about the banks 'policy' just because she didnt want do anything/help a customer of 10+ years in something as simple as cashing a normal payroll check thats been consistently going to this bank for a year with no issues. Your egotistical, privileged attitude is very unbecoming of someone thats sole job is to ensure customer satisfaction.

      Went into the bank over a week and a half ago wanting to open a business account as well as a personal savings..... Was told to fill out a piece of paper and they would contact me the next day to open these accounts which I thought was weird as there was no one in the bank and two people working and she said there was no accounts ahead of me waiting to be open needless to say it's now been almost 2 weeks have not heard from the bank one time and I have opened my accounts with maps

      I just love the service and once when I was jacked the girls caught it and called me and took care of everything. They are Awesome! Then just a while back I was having a problem and Tracy called and walked me through it! I haven't even been in the area for two years now but keep riverview because of the girls, great service!
