Amanda Ostaszewski1RiverFall Credit Union will hold on to your purchases for so long bc they are investing YOUR money that you will likely lose track of your purchases and will end up in the negative. You may think most purchases have been deducted, but DAYS later they will finally take them out of your account and it is so sloppy that you will not be able to make sense of what they are doing with your account or purchases. Worse bank I have ever banked with! Do yourself a favor and do not open an account here!

If you have had a bad day, her smile and cheerfulness will make your day better and brighter. All of the staff is very efficient and helpful. I had questions setting up my online account and Alisha helped me through it and made it very simple. I am so grateful for the staff at RiverFall Credit Union especially Alisha Barnes!

They saved me from a 18% rate to a 6% The reps were so kind, and helpful, this credit union is overall wonderful, explaining my situation they went above and beyond to help me, instead of turning me away or denying me due to the lack of credit!!! Bank with THIS CU!!

I love the online banking, the choices that you have to meet your individual need as a banker (because everybody’s is different), and the quality of service that I receive. This credit union was referred to me and I would do likewise and refer it to others as well. I have not regret my decision.

Alisha Barnes5Alisa Spencer Always goes above and beyond to assist with all of my needs. She is an exceptionally amazing MSA and I would always prefer if she handled my affairs. Alisa is a great listener, patient and always makes sure she gets it done. Hard working but an even more amazing person! Great Job.

Porsha’ & Trey1The Customer Service at the 69 Branch is horrible. I absolutely HATE having to go in there for anything. Their lead Jamie is extremely rude and disrespectful. No one should feel this way about coming into a business especially when they’re trusting you with their hard earned money! Please consider going elsewhere.

The account manager helped me and I walked away with a new account and other account options. The only problem I have had is with setting up my online account info which I will call about next week.

I love everyone who works there. I started my son’s account there when he was a baby, and now he is a member there as well! I will always encourage anyone I know to start out with RiverFall. They will always have a positive experience with anyone who works there!

Pumpkin L.1Run!!!! this credit union is horrible they do not have their customers best interest. They do no protect there customers at all. The Dispute manager is very rude!!!!! and careless!!!! I had funds stolen from my account and the dispute manager at the credit union would not dispute the charge. So I’ve lost a Total of 318$ from this Credit Union . People of the public please listen to me take your business some where else where they listen and protect you. I’m spreading the word especially at my work place DCH do not bank with RiverFall Credit Union. I promise they don’t CARE!!!
