      I've been with this bank going on 4 years now. Skyland branch full of employees that totally disregard customers concerns. I went to the branch to speak to someone about a claim. The claim was almost 200 dollars. I filed the claim because the item I bought was delivered to me broken. Seller refused any help so I filed a claim. A employee at wells fargo on Skyland says well claim is closed and your not getting your money back. WHAT? That lady was a complete joke! What is the bank even there to do for the customer. I lost 200 dollars and wells fargo could care less! My accounts will be removed from this bank. Lost a good customer!

      New rule, says a visitor needs a proof of mailing address. A visitor won't have a proof of mailing address as he/she will only be here for few months. This new rule doesn't make sense.

      Those directions were aweful from the very beginning. You need to have someone come out and do a better route. There was no reason to take a poorly maintained county road when getting on 82 was easier.

      Both ATMs were not working. Went inside 5 people were standing doing nothing and looking at me like I was an idiot. Both tellers were on their phones like it was their lunch break. I was in the “wrong line” so the lady ignored me but someone else walked in and she acknowledged them instead so I left.

      One of the most inefficient banking locations I’ve ever encountered. 3 tellers and 3 people standing around, acting as if a concierge is of any good when the line is backed up to the front door.

      This bank is one of the worst well fargo banks I have ever had to go to... You will be there for hours with no one in line... And no will help you.. Even if they have no customers..The business line is so slow .. The other tellers will not help...Currently standing in line for my job for 20 mins nobody has asked to help me ... 3 people just walked in the door... They pretend like they didnt even see me... Start helping them..If it wasn't for my job i swear this would not be the bank i would come to...you guys got to do better.. You are here to help all customers..

      I been with wells Fargo for 6yrs the experience I had in the drive thru today a whole hour just not acceptable the Skyland Blvd branch got to get it together

      It's sad you have to get a money order to put money and someone's bank account. What if you're not close to somewhere to get a money 🙄 just wondering
