      So far I have had a really good experience with this bank! The staff were all extremely helpful, and the bank itself was really nice and clean. The man that helped us, Marlon (I think), was very nice and personable. He had a great attitude and sincerely seemed happy to be at work. So far no problems, hopefully that continues !

      I Love Regions bank. I've been with them over 4 years and my business neccesitates me using multiple locations across central Alabama. I have found this location to be unhelpful, and at times downright rude. ... not reflective on nearly all of the other locations which are almost always superb.

      This bank puts a hold on students work checks sometimes. It depends on which teller you receive. If you have an account with Regions and it is in good standing you should be able to deposit your check and have access to your funds when it is from a place of employment and is not out of the ordinary! Not all places of employment have direct deposit. You should be able to cash it if you wish to cash it. Tellers seem to make their own rules up as they go. People work hard and should have access to their money!

      BE AWARE.... My fiance just opened an account with this bank and a week later we went to make a deposit at the atm, while making the deposit for over 1,000 dollars the atm shut down and took the money and we waited about 15 minutes to see if it would come back up or give us our money back but nothing. He went inside to get help, they said he had to file a complaint, he did, but we got no money, we had to wait, we called to see what the problem was and they told him his claim was declined and they don't know why. So we went back and filed another claim. We had to call them, and every time they say they will call you back but no one ever did. Now it's been 8 days and we had to call them again to see about getting our money and finally they said we should have it by the end of the day. It's sad that you go and try to deposit money into your bank account at the bank you decide to use and they don't have kind of compassion and didn't try to complacent us at all. Not even a phone call. BEWARE OF DEPOSITING MONEY AT THE ATM, BECAUSE IF IT SHUTS DOWN, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!

      To give this place a one star is super generous...always slow in the commercial lane...needs a second commercial lane or something...I literally cringe if I have to go here…such bad slow service

      Originally called the McFarland location. After waiting for someone to answer the phone for more than 10 mins, I decided to call another branch. I’ve now been on the phone with THIS branch for 10 mins without anyone answering the phone. I was thinking about setting up an account through Regions.... but now that I’ve been on hold for 20+ mins without talking to a person with a bank that has literally only been open 30 mins..... I’m not sure if the customer service here is right for me.

      Incredibly understaffed every time I've visited this branch. Come here if you'd like to wait 30minutes to an hour to make a basic transaction.

      This location doesn't know what they are doing. I had to go to another location just to draw money from my account. I will never use them.
