      I was referred to Tanner Kruger from a friend. I applied for a car loan Sunday night and Tanner called me first thing Monday morning. It was effortless! An hour later I had my pre-approval letter in hand. Tanner was wonderful to work with. I will use him for every loan we apply for.

      This is the absolute best bank I have ever been with, specifically because Tanner the bank manager has gone above and beyond to get me setup with my personal and business needs! He has been taking all the Covid precautions you'd hope for, and is very prompt with his work. Thanks Tanner!

      Tanner is great! I’ve opened two accounts with him in the last week and he was very helpful i. deciding which accounts were best for me and showing me how to use the app. before I left.

      Had a total loss with my new car. Getting anything done with the pandemic was one hassle after another. Now the final payment from a maintenance contract finally came through and because it was just a few days late, they decided to charge me interest and late fees for things out of my control and out of control of every other company, dealership and insurance I had to talk to. Even sent a bill for a payment after knowing the situation. When they emailed me after bringing this up, they said nothing of having to charge interest or late fees associated with the account. I wouldn't recommend this bank until they address their policies and shortcomings. *Update* I was able to finally get ahold of a supervisor and they acknowledged I should not have been charged interest and sent a check for any remaining balance.
