  Great bank with great customer service. When I had financial issues and had trouble making payments they worked with me to help me come current on payments. Great security on debit cards whenever a suspicious charge appears they block your card until you have a chance to talk to them after they notify you. I am very pleased with the services I received from united credit union

  The nice and seasoned people are gone and ever since they built the new facility they’ve lost the friendliness that UCU has become known for. Generic banking. Might as well be at the bank inside Walmart.

  This place is nothing short of a joke. Underwriting said they can’t approve my loan because all my income is tax exempt due to working with the state of Missouri. I’ve literally bought 4 vehicles and own 2 homes with the same income and tax documents. Clearly these are some uneducated dimwits that don’t understand tax codes.

  Very disappointed with UCU. I used my debit card yesterday morning at Smoothie King. When I got to work I checked my balance (like I do every morning) and realized that my account was negative. On my lunch break I deposited money into my checking account to bring my balance positive, pay for my debit card use that morning and still have extra money. Today I was charged a "Real Time" fee of $25. When I called they would not take the fee off. I have had multiple car loans, a personal loan and a checking/savings account with UCU for years now. Guess that doesn't matter when it comes to an unhappy client.

  Amy was absolutely amazing in getting our auto loan approved and dispersed in VERY short order and had unbeatable rates. Highly recommend!

  I just stopped by today to open a checking account and was BLOWN away with the service. They stayed open late because I stopped in after work. Walked me through the process and it only cost a $1 to open an account. Highly recommended.
