  This call came in as a "likely spam" on my caller ID. I am so so so thankful that I took the call. I was in the process of trying to refinance my VA loan with Navy Federal who told me it would take 180 days because they were backlogged and SunTrust who never returned my call. Then Robert Rankin with River City called me. Not only did they close my deal fast they also beat Navy Fed's rate. Robert was such a pleasure to work with. His response times to my calls was always amazing. He walked me through the whole process. I would refer Robert to anyone and everyone. By far the best customer service experience that I have ever had working with a lender.
