  Went there and thought I would leave without a vehicle and boom got a 2021 ford escape , and a very pleasant, quick service. Will continue to purchase all my vehicles at River city ford . Thank you Louie morgan , and to River City Ford.....

  This place has the worst service department in the history or car dealerships had my truck for warranty work since before Thanksgiving 2020 now February 2021 and no idea when will get my truck fixed, no loaner vehicle or anything service manager even said if I have a problem with them I should just get my truck and never come there again well advice taken hope more people do the same total crooks!!!!!

  Good afternoon. Unfortunately, as we have discussed several times, the part needed to repair your truck is on national back order. We have reached out to every appropriate contact to try to get the part expedited or get an update at least. I understand you are frustrated, we are too. These are extraordinary times and I hate that our service department is being made to look bad over something they have no control over. That being said, we will not tolerate any unjust misbehavior, cursing, or making threats like "next time I come down there, you'll have to call the state police." The phone number to Ford customer service is 1(800)392-3673 if you would like to call and confirm that what we've discussed is the complete truth. If you are planning on taking your truck elsewhere, please call to let us know when you will be coming so we can have the keys ready and make sure the truck is accessible. Thank you and again, I apologize for any misunderstanding or frustration.

  River city ford will get you taken care of and wont sale you a car you dont want. Just to get you financed. Also the sales folks finance guy super nice. Wont go any were else

  Got an email I was approved.. They said I was Approved by 3 different banks Each bank has there own stipulations the 1st bank said I didn't make enough 2nd bank I wasn't at my job long enough 3rd bank I needed a co signer my co signers credit wasn't good enough and wasn't able to co sign.. an hour later my co signer gets a call she was approved for a loan.. This place is a joke
