  10 minutes to make a deposit through the drive thru. This is an old credit union that needs to fade away. If you have a choice DONT choose River City, I had an account made for me as a child so only kept it out of convenience, but with hardly any locations and no app it's time to change.

We also do have a mobile app with mobile check deposit as well as online banking that provides many features to make banking-on-the-go easy.   I've been a member since the middle 80's. Great service and my card has always been acccepted, whatever city I'm in.

  The level of Customer Service that was provided was so Uplifting. Janie the manager was very quick to stop all my concerns with my account and gave me and my wife hope for a growing financial future. I, like many, dont like to go into a banch especially that majority of the time we are always "on the go" but I sure am glad I did. We were on edge and close to closing our account but after going in and speaking w member services I am looking forward to many many more years with them. Thank you RCFCU!-April

  I Went In To The Vance Jackson Location This Morning To Deposit A Payroll Check, Tge Service Was Very Slow And There Was one Attendant Running The Drive Trough Banking And The Lobby. Also They Put A Hold On The Payroll Check Only Because We Haven't Made A Deposit In Two Months But Its The Slow Season... This Would Be The Fifth Time Ive Had To Ask That Mt Check Be Released, We Have Never Failed To Clear Or Bounced A Check, I Will Be Moving My Accounts Due To The Horrible Customer Service From The Telller And Branch Manager...

  Worst credit union in san antonio. They decline your card outside of SA. They will find any bogus reason to not deposit a check. Recently they went from many locations down to three. This is a sign of a failing bank. Go elsewhere to bank.

  I am done with River City. I have been a customer for years and they have just been going downhill: -Stopped paying interest on checking account -One phone # for all branches which is never answered -Outdated technology -Closed several branches over the last few years -Shared branches: If I have to go to another CU because mine closed down, maybe I should just join the other one?

  Next to impossible to get any real banking done with the out dated ATM and 30 to 35 min hold times this bank is really falling behind. Not customer friendly either.

  Where’s the zero stars. This place is really pathetic. Gave this place numerous chances to prove me wrong and they didn’t. Your money disappears without notice. Managers are horrible and they don’t pick up their phone! Changing banks.
