  Do not go here!!! I was talking to victor about a truck that had been listed for over a week. Scheduled an apt to buy the truck and he knew I was traveling three hours one way. He waited until I was five minutes away to tell me someone bought the truck thirty minutes prior!! Didn’t bother to call me and let me know there was someone even looking at it hours earlier before I left and he knew I was scheduled to be there. They led me on trying to sell me something else that I wasn’t even wanting and double the price. I am furious and there is no consideration for anyone here.

  WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! I've had my car for 16 days and it has broken down!!! I called to let them know I wanted my money back and all they could say was that's not our problem!!!!! I paid cash money!!!! I took it in for a detail that they promised me and it looked as if all they did was spray it with water it was still very dirty!!!! They are super LAZY they rush you threw the paper work!!!!!!! PLEASE BE SMART AND USE YOU MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT'S WORTH IT!!!!!! THE CAR DEAL ACROSS THE STREET FROM THIS PLACE IS A SUPER GOOD THEY WILL GIVE YOU WARRANTY ON USE CARS AND THEY OFFER IN HOUSE FINANCE!!!!!

We all know that buying a used vehicle without a warranty means that the owner is responsible for any repairs needed after purchase but we work with all of our customers that purchase vehicles from us on daily basis. If you are having issues with the vehicle, you can bring it to us at your convenience so we can take a look at it and get it diagnosed. Your salesperson already mentioned that to you over the phone, but you mentioned to him that you are not interested in doing so. We also offer warranties, maybe this is something that should’ve been purchased at the time of the sale. We can still help you if you want to bring the car for us to check, otherwise we have done everything we could at this moment. Thank you again.

  I wouldn't even give them one star unless it made me. This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. They are a complete fraud and liars! We agreed on a price of $8000, to include tax title and license, for my SUV. Gave them $200 to hold the car for us until we got to San Antonio. Then I told him we would put $1000 down, which we did, agreed to and Finance $6800. That is the amount I put on the application to finance, and sent the application to him by text. They changed the amount on my application to $9100, and ran my credit through for that amount instead. Then when we sat down to sign. They had the total sale as $10,000. I told him we agreed over the phone of a total sale price of $8000. The salesman, Tito, said he never said that. I even had him go to the finance mgr. to confirm agreement before sending the application. He bold face told me again to my face that none of that occurred. Knowing that he was completely lying, we still signed because I wanted the vehicle and didnt want to ding our credit again, knowing that each time credit is run through, it lowers your score by 5 points. The car looked beautiful, however when I got home 300 miles away and went through the car wash, a literal flood of water gushed in from the windshield and sunroof all over us, leaving us soaked, as if we took a bath in our clothes. In addition to that, the water went all in my speakers and flooded the floor boards. So, I pulled out the floor mats to let the floor board dry, and I find a long rubber piece that was hidden there. Most likely something to the sunroof, that they never fixed. They also told me at the dealership that they changed the oil and topped off all fluids and detailed ever car before the buyer picked it up. Not true! Never detailed, left with oil smears on inside walls, seat belts were dirty, the rest of the car was dirty with dog hairs in it all over, and oil never changed and fluids not topped off! Now, they say they won't fix the windshield that was never sealed or the sunroof that leaks, because it was sold as is. However, who would know to run it through a car wash before buying??!! I told him these were things that I was unaware of before the purchase and not revealed. So guys, this falls under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which leaves me with grounds to sue them for damages on the items I was not made aware of including my legal fees! Which I will be pursuing. Complete liers, trying to inflate a sale by forging the application amount and changing the amount I approved, and never delivering what they promise! Now, they are ignoring all my calls to speak with the manager and the salesman Tito, said they could not help me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

  Horrible experience, I was told I was approved over the phone then when I showed up they showed me one car and said that was all I could get. They also claim the bank tells them how much to sell a car and they kack up the price. No dealership should pick your vehicle for you. Auto fraud is being practiced here, the car they showed me was online for $6995 but they tried to sell it to me for $11500.

  Warm & caring customer service . Aaron took his time & explained in great detail all the pros & cons related to each vehicle we looked at . Would highly recommend the dealership but ask for Aaron he won’t steer you wrong .

  I just purchased a 2014 scion from this dealer this past weekend for my sons graduation and had it shipped to Houston. In the pics, the rear bumper cover gap was off and I asked him multiple times if car had ever been wrecked and Abraham said no, but when I received car, it had been wrecked and a blind man would have noticed. Terrible repair job, rear hatch was not lined up correctly, paint runs in paint and damage to right rear fender was still noticable. I dont like being lied to and not a way to do business. Anyway for a crook to make a buck.
