  What a fantastic team! Rita and Nikki-May made sure I was taken care of every step of the way! They were in constant communication with me and helped me understand the entire process. Even after closing on my house, Rita still reached out to make sure I was getting settled in and if I had any issues/questions. I couldn't be happier with the amazing customer service I received!

  Rita and team are amazing. I found her originally by doing a post to a Moore County Facebook page asking for best originator. Received approx 40 responses of which 30 were saying Rita. I went with her and so glad I did. I received quotes from four originators of which three were nearly identical while Rita came in with lower fee, lower rate and no points. Great communicator quickly responding to all emails and texts. Was by my side through the whole process and super professional and got us from start to closing under 40 days. She far exceeds anyone else I have ever worked with.

  I had a wonderful experience. It was definitely trying at times but Rita was a great help. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Actually, I already have.   I cannot praise Rita and her team enough. When there is a task at hand, they jump on top of it and get it completed as soon as possible. They were in a tough position due to the constraints my family was in when purchasing our first home. Everything had to be done remotely due to the 9 hour distance of driving and Covid-19. They also had to get all the paperwork done and ready for us to close in less than 4 weeks from the time constraints put on me by my employer during the relocation phase. Rita and her team came through with no hiccups. They were there at any moment's notice and during all hours of the day. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the area. It far exceeded my expectations during our first home purchase experience. This is the type of team that I would sacrifice interest rate (which I didn't have to, they came in over 1% lower than the other companies) just to get the stellar service I received from them. Customer service and experience, to me, is far more important and cannot have any sort of dollar value attached to it. Thank you so much once again!
