  I met Richard thru a friend well over a year ago. At the time I lived out of state and wanted to search here for an affordable house. Richard was very accommodating and set me up with a search. He kept in touch with me regularly. Once we rented here and started our search, he was awesome. He was always professional, responded quickly , forthright and helpful. Besides that he’s a class act. You can’t go wrong choosing him as a realtor or lender!!

  I just refinance my home an im truly happy with the results. I dealt with two lenders before one of them didn't even gave me a call back to start my refinance process. I heard about Richard thru a family member on a weekend at a family gathering we gave rich a call right there an then an cant believe how I got an estimate in less than 30 min! I decided to have rich help me an man how everything when fast an smooth. Thank you so much Richard, I'm a very busy man an my schedule to find free time are almost impossible but you made it happen for me thanks for having all the patience an answering every question I had in a timely matter. I definitely recommend him to anyone trying to buy or refinance their home thanks again rich your the man!!

You know I had this with 2 lenders to see which would perform the best and one lender asked for an appraisal and the other did not! Hmm I wonder who we should go with right? LOL!   I found Rich online and after speaking to him on the phone I felt very confident in his ability to help me find a home and lender. He did not disappoint. He was very gracious, willing, and helpful. And even though it was a struggle for me, he managed to close the loan. I really appreciate all his hard work and effort on my behalf. And would recommend him highly.

  I would like to say Richard was very helpful in getting my refinance on my house and I had alot of things that needed to be taking care of and he took care of it with no questions asked very professional and i would recommend anyone that is needing to refinance there home go through him he was very helpful in getting it done thank you so much for all that u did

  Great, Great experience with our refinance process. Richard kept me informed on what was happening throughout the process and helped me understand a few things which were confusing to me. COVID made things take longer than normal but Richard was able to get us what we wanted within a reasonable timeframe. My wife and I appreciate what you have done for our family.
