  Ryan made the whole finance process a snap. He was always accessible and did a great job securing my loan. The closing was easy and he explained everything every step of the way.   I've had the great pleasure of working with Ryan several times over. Every transaction of his has closed, as promised, within 30 days. Considering the competitive real estate market that exists, it is an incredible benefit to close a purchase loan within contract date. Along with the quick turn time on closings, Ryan is responsive and knowledgeable when it comes to any questions that arise.   This is the second time I have worked with revive mortgage in a year.. 6 months ago they helped me refinance my rental. They worked quickly closing the loan in three weeks. Lowering my interest 1.5%. I contacted them mid January about buying a home. Two days later we looked at 10 houses. The first house checked all the boxes. It was perfect! 30 days later my boyfriend and I had the keys in our hands. Ryan and Kyle are awesome! I'd highly recommend them to everyone...

  I started working with Ryan while he was working towards his licenses and I was looking for a place to buy. I find his compassion towards what he does to be so strong it gave me a comfortable feeling.   Ryan genuinely wanted to help me and my family with refinancing our home. He would work and communicate with us no matter what.   Very detail oriented. Ryan took the time to discuss all mortgage solutions with multiple lenders. Ryan is easy to communicate with and got praises from both Realtors that he worked with. Online signing of documents was a nice plus. I would highly recommend Ryan.
