      4 teller lanes open but no one at either window. I waited then rang the buzzer. After no one came, I rang the buzzer again. When a teller arrived, I explained the transaction that I wished to complete. After she walked away, another teller came to the window and asked how she could help. Seriously? This is the absolute worst bank ever. Never enough help, always a ridiculously long wait at the drive thru.

      I visited this bank today to bring my account current since I've had two over draft charges from the accidental insurance company that was through rev federal credit union. The company attempted to draft $24 out of my account that had insufficient funds in twice and rev didn't do anything to prevent it besides giving me the over draft fees. I asked if I had to pay the $70 and the last said hold on I'll see what we can do and left to ask her supervisor I'm assuming and came back and said we can't do anything. I was appalled being that we're going through an pandemic. I honestly felt that if my skin was lighter they would have done more. I felt this way as soon as I started talking to this bank teller but it's ok in never going to this bank again. This is not my primary bank so I don't go here but once a month but I really didn't get a good vibe from here today.

      FCU is an amazing company, they always have professional and friendly staff members like Natasha. She is very patient, friendly, and professional to any one she speaks to. Would recommend speaking to her when visiting this branch!

      Impossible to get ahold of a real person. I'm having the same issues for on my account for 3 weeks in a row now. I'm so frustrated. I just want to transfer money from one account to another and the app won't let me and online won't let me. They're going to charge an overdraft fee of course. If you suck at technology I do not recommend this bank.

      I just wanted to give a shout out to Rochelle at the Dorchester Road location. After a terrible experience with the customer service line, I went into the branch with a situation I had gotten myself into and Rochelle took care of me so quickly. I am so thankful to her for making my situation right. She was so nice and courteous. I was extremely frustrated with HT after the experience I had over the phone, but Rochelle saved the day! Thank you so much. I won’t be dealing with the customer service line and going straight to this location!!

      Trying to get my username and password. Have been on website and on phone. Keeps sending me a message that email has been sent to me. Nope. Also, spendt 15 minutes on hold and no one answered. Just trying to figure out how to make a car payment , without driving my car to a REV location.

      Unfortunately, they keep putting a fraud alert on my debit card without informing me and verifying it. Very embarrassing when you go to make a purchase and you know you have money but declines due to fraudulent activity. Also if it happens on the weekend or a Holiday there is no way to reach Htfcu and you are screwed until the next business day to have them to unlock it. They also usually can't give me any reason why they locked my card. I decided to get a new debit card but the few times I stopped by to get a new card their machine did not work. The blocked card has happened several random times without any notice from Htfcu. I appreciate the security but they should call me or email me to verify instead of blocking my card. I used to love HTFCU.
