  I've banked here for 4 years and they've been wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The previous manager went above and beyond to assist me with getting an auto loan when my credit was very challenged. When I say above and beyond, she contacted the regional manager, who just so happened to in route from Dallas and she had the underwriters approve the loan when they initially denied it. The new staff is just a good as the old staff. I love banking here.

  Terrible resources one closed my account i call main office in dallas they told me i cant even reopen my account it all good im never coming back.

  Wow I maybe a member for life just from the customer service from Bernadette .. she was Amazing and went the extra mile to go over the best financial plan for me … The other teller were very friendly as well .. I recommend Resource Credit Union to everyone

  I have been with R1CU for over 30 years. I joined back in the 80, when the name was “Sears Employee Credit Union”. I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years, however, they’ve always been positive for Members. Loan officer, Michael Farouse, has taken great care of me for many years. I appreciate his dedication to his clients. He always makes sure that my needs are taken care of. I will be a member for life!

  Most un-friendly service ever received!! I will never visit this branch again!! The staff was very intrusive and made me feel so uncomfortable! I'm a member of another branch and they offer shared services. Well nothing shared here but HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The teller was rude and had negative attitude. I simply needed to make a DEPOSIT, and she made me questioned everything I presented to her!! I had a temporary license as I just renewed last week and she stated was not sufficient? For an Officer of the Law it is sufficient though!! Additionally she took forever to process my transaction and kept delaying the process by asking me questions about our account. Never going back to this location!!

  Hello E.S., Unfortunately CO-OP Financial Services who provides Shared Branching services, requires us to do additional steps when posting any kind of transactions to another financial institution. These regulations do require transactions to be handed inside the branch instead of the drive thru and the persons ID to be scanned. This allows the other Institution to be able to investigate an transaction if any issues arise. While a temporary ID is legally acceptable, it is too large to be scanned into the scanner at the teller stations. Since the transaction was for an account you are not a signer for, CO-OP Financial Services regulations require us to ask additional questions. That is why the employee proceeded to ask for the required information and documentation to process the transaction. Although, we are sorry to hear the employee was unfriendly, we will forward that information to their Director.

  Painless and easy banking for shared branch members. They had me in and out in less than 5 mins on a simple transaction. Thank you! I needed gold dollar coins for ren faire and they had things ready to go after a short phone call with their customer service.

  Love, love, love Resource one. Excellent Service on Jones Road. We also have our business account here for Do All Handyman Service. We went to Members Choice for 6 weeks, had to come back to R1, MC, was terrible. The Jones Road location is not convenient for me but I will not leave.

  Resource1 on Jones road is the best!!! The staff is always so helpful. I've been banking with Resource1 for over 30 yrs. If I have a problem they are quick to take care of it. Frank on Jones Rd is the best. He is a problem solver. Resource1 keep good employees like those on Jones Rd around for a long time...thks for always being there for me and my family

  They are worst than a Bank, Everything you hate about banks x 2. Money hungry full of fees! You can have money on your account and they still charge you overdrafts, 5 working days to clear a mobile deposit? Really? And don't even waste your time trying to call customer service is a bad joke...
