      I am a long time member and applied for personal loan, as I have done when when needed without issue in the past, shockingly it decline! Twice!! However, days later out of nowhere I received a phone call from Jacob Urbina. He stated that he saw the transactions and felt it needed further investigating. In no time at all he called me with the loan approved. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He's awesome!

      I disagree strongly with several reviews. Has a long time member of Resource One I have visits many branches. Like any business R1 is not perfect, but they work hard at pleasing their members. This particular branch was wonderful to me. I was traveling and my card had been lost 4 hours away. I pulled in and Elana, (sp?), was wonderfully helpful. She was very polite, professional, and a lovely young lady. She is not a teller, loan officer, but she helped me replace my card and get travel cash out of my account. The lobby is open, spacious and clean. The restroom was also immaculate. Thank you for not leaving me stranded Elana and R1.
