  Absolutely love Morton Mortgage! Renee does a fabulous job of explaining how the loan process for my clients so well! She keeps my clients up to date on the loan process weekly! Of course my favorite part is when she calls my clients to tell them our favorite words “We Are Clear To Close!” Renee loves to share the love of our community by volunteering and gifting her clients a gift from Brookwood !   I cannot say enough great things about Morton Mortgage. Renee, Alexis, and the rest of their crew were an absolute dream to work with. They were so incredibly helpful throughout my entire home-buying process. They always made sure I was well-informed, as this was my first time purchasing a home. When things got a little tough (from my perspective), they made sure to get the job done and continuously had my back. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else, and never will again! They really made me feel like part of their family, and continue to do so. Thank you so much Renee, Alexis, and the whole Morton Mortgage team. Y'all are wonderful at what you do.

  The entire team at Morton mortgage was just amazing. They always got back to me right away with answers to all my questions. They had to push I'm sure but they got everything done on time for my closing. They all really seemed to care about taking care of my needs. I recommend them highly!

  Renee and her team are fantastic! My husband and I set out to purchase our second home around August of 2016. I ran into Renee while searching for a local Mortgage Broker in the Cypress area. After reading her reviews and visiting her website, we decided to submit a request for information through her site and the rest is history. From Day 1 to the day of closing, she has been extremely responsive and have gone above and beyond. Even though this was not our first purchase she took the time to explain the details of mortgage process especially since there had been quite a few changes since first purchased in 2004. She spent more time with us over the phone (even doing conference calls) then she spent responding over e-mail. Often times, she would return a quick call even outside of business hours to make sure our questions had been answered. Renee is very personable and genuinely concerned about making sure you're in the right mortgage program and that you are completely educated on the commitment you are making. Long story short, we compared numbers with three other companies (including two credit unions) and Renee had the best numbers and the best service. After we chose her, she ended up qualifying us for a fabulous 1% Down Payment program mortgage after presenting the options to us in full. Not only did she save us money at closing but she was able to reroute seller contributions so that we didn't leave any money on the table. The savings helped us move into our home and make immediate changes/upgrades which was very much appreciated. When small issues popped up she made sure they were taken care of to make sure that we stayed on track and closed quickly. It was reassuring that we had someone so knowledgeable and available on our team We feel truly blessed to have been able to work with Renee as our Mortgage broker and provider. We plan to work with her should we refinance in the future or look for a new home. We send a huge "Thank you" to Renee Morton AND her team.

  We purchased our home in a 'perfect storm' during the first few weeks of COVID-19 and the banks low interest rates causing a rush of folks to refinance. Our builder wanted to close earlier than originally stated, but Renee and her team were fantastic, closing earlier than originally scheduled. Renee and her team kept us posted and perfectly explained all the steps and what was going on, even as the team worked remotely. I can say that we feel blessed that we were introduced with Morton Mortgage. I cannot encourage people enough how much easier it was using Morton Mortage. Thank you all so much for everything Morton Mortgage!

  As a real estate agent I know that when buying or selling, the lender is a crucial part on accepting an offer. Most of the time, a loan officer that is local, with an in-house underwriting department, available in the weekends, and calls the listing agent to assure her clients solvency, will substantially increase the buyer's chances of getting the contract. But that is just the beginning... Renee has superb communication through the transaction, and the most access from everyone I know to multiple providers for the best rate possible without compromising service. I however like working with her because she's a beautiful person that truly cares about the people that works with, so I never have to worry about my clients loan.

  Renee and her team at Morton Mortgage are simply the best. I have worked with Renee twice (once for my original home loan and again to refinance the same home) and I would never dream of going anywhere else. Morton Mortgage has jumped through so many hoops to help me get in to my home and did the same for my refi. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. When I am in need of mortgage lending in the future, Morton Mortgage is the only place I will go to!
