      The Bank in general! Becareful I changed jobs and within a month they charged over draft fees without covering the incoming charge. Spoke to them directly along with several supervisors and they just kept saying I can transfer you but they are going to say no. Stay away other banks will work with you

      This location is extremely slow and the drive thru reps are rude. I truly dislike visiting this location however it's the only one in proximity to my residence.

      I am a member for over 5 yrs, I applied over the phone at this particular location 43rd Houston TX, for a loan with a collateral, The supposed to be loan officer give me the run around, not returning my calls to find out how things were looking or if She needed something else to process the loan. She never returned my calls, left multiple messages with no luck. I attempted to contact Her branch manager, It didn't work as well. After so many attempts, She called and said, that She will have to call Dallas Corporate office because the car doesn't meet the requirements for a loan, which She never said or mention anything when I applied. I never heard from anyone anymore, So I decided to give them a -0 review. After sometime I check my credit, guess what, They NEVER run my credit. 100% Dissapointed !!

      This bank does not care about customer service at all. I have bills to pay and because of you people's constant incompetence I can't get access to my account details. The 1 800 customer service line that was already terrible to begin with is now closed in the middle of the day even though the store hours are still shown as open. So now I can't even view my own account number because this horribly and poorly designed website won't show me my full account number. This bank has the absolute worst customer service ever. And it seems that the management knows it and does not care and hasn't done anything to improve the service.

It is correct that you cannot see your full member number, but if you are making a payment online and are needing your checking account number, please follow these steps: 1. Login and Click "ACCOUNTS" on the left-hand side. 2. Select the account you are making a payment from - after clicking, this is will show account transaction history. 3. Above the account history details, there are three tabs. Click the one that says "Account Details." This will show your MIRC account number. If you would like a Representative to call you back, please email us at [email protected] with your number, and we can have someone reach out.

      Staff is completely unprofessional and clearly had no respect for minorities. I will never use this bank and i will advise everyone i know to do the same. Until they are committed to treating all members within the community they serve with dignity and respect they will continue to receive poor reviews and loss of members.

      This bank won’t receive a piece of my business. The behavior of the employees when dealing with that Racist lady was completely unprofessional and disrespectful against the African-American community. I will be advising others to take their business else where. If I had an account with this establishment I would most certainly cancel and cut ties.

      Arrived a couple of minutes before closing time. The lady at door saw me arriving and shut the door and locked it, like if i were a criminal. Didnt bother to say sorry we are closed or anything. These are the people that I trust with my bank account not a good way to treat a customer. Hope people can read this review and take this into consideration when trying to open an account here. Somebody please get a real manager at this location so all these circus acts can stop!!

      I've been a customer here for going on five years and I will be closing my account this week the service has gotten horrible the 1-800 number customer service is also horrible. I get charged $30 NSF fees the account representative cannot tell me why it happened she says she doesn't have access to the IT department. I do not recommend this bank to anyone

      This place stays forever closed in the lobbyara with no idea when they are going to open They might as well just close this one down permanently..

Members can still use our Online and Mobile Banking platforms, Chat, Video Banking, or by visiting a Shared Branch location nearby. ATMs are also available for deposits and withdrawals.       Horrible service, fees that are no different than Chase or any other bank. Avoid Resource One, they don't care. UPDATE: I did contact customer service, and their supervisor, and tried to reach two branch managers who were both out to lunch. Twice. This is a #Racist bank without scruples. BBB complaint has been filed for $90 in fees.
