  When choosing a mortgage company, you can go to many different lenders, including big banks. However, you will not receive the rapid response time of NuHome Group. They are the Mortgage broker willing to make things work for everyone. After a small hiccup with a very stringent lender, a week before our set closing date, we were able to switch lenders, and close within 10 days of our original close. Sammy, Sandy & Frank are very professional and did a great job. My only advice would be to update your customers just a little more, for a first time home buyer, I admit I needed some hand holding. Thank you for helping us get our dream home!

  I had originally started with another mortgage group; with that being said, little did my family know we were being haggled with extra fees from my original lender. When our wonderful Realtors suggested that we try a company from Houston (we are located in Laredo). We were blessed to have given NuHome group the opportunity to show us what they can do. Previous companies interest was beat! Fees... fees were easy to read and understand with no worries of asking “what’s that for?”. Our mortgage team duo Rosie and Sammy and Nayley were phenomenal and stood by a great standard of business and customer service.   These are the best people to ever work with - they immediately make you feel comfortable and at ease even with all the stress that goes with selling or buying a home. They are there with you every step of the way. Frank Marta is very knowledgeable about the realtor market and all the strategies that are needed to make the selling/buying experience a success. Herla Marta is just the best person you will ever want to meet. She prethinks your every need or every worry and addresses them to make the whole experience less stressful.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Not worth the headaches. 48 hours ahead of time... "Oh yes, the buyers and us are fine; ready to come to closing on time." Less than 24 hours ahead of time... "No wait, we didn't do our job right and the buyer isn't qualified." Two extensions later and they still can't get their buyer qualified. Do not accept contracts from this company unless you like headaches. Reply - No, sorry, not your former employee. You are "trying" to finance a home for a buyer and I am the seller. Two extensions later and the title company says that you still haven't given the go ahead to close even though we are supposed to close AGAIN tomorrow. So, either you are financing a less than qualified buyer apparently or else your business is not serious about doing its job. Once again, to all consumers - ONLY ACCEPT LOANS FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT HEADACHES! 2nd Reply - After calling your company to try to get you to do your job, someone there figured out they hadn't sent everything to the title company like they thought they had. So after forcing you to do your job we are back on for closing tomorrow. See folks, these are the kind of headaches this company provides. My advice - take your business elsewhere.

  Hello Mr. Jeremy we have reviewed your file. We have found that this loan indeed did close. We do apologize for the unexpected delays that you experienced during the Mortfage process. It is not unusual for difficult loans to take longer to close. We sincerely apologize for your delays but we did communicate the issues and delays to the Agents involved. It is not our policy to communicate to sellers about the buyers financial status or specifics about a clients personal information. As we are prohibited from sharing any private information. What we would like you to know is that this loan was a more difficult loan and took more time to close because of the complicated nature of the loan. Closing on time is always our goal. Ultimately closing is the ultimate goal and we did in this case with some delays. We feel like the Loan officer and our office did I fact provide the buyer with good service throughout the process the buyers agent and buyer were satisfied with the work provided and our hope is that you can see that based on what we had to work with we did our very best to close a loan that had been to 3 other places and couldn't be done. We didn't know all of the information surrounding this case prior but now have more facts about this specific closing. Sincerely, NHG MANAGEMENT
