  Sanjuana Alvarez is a beast! We have had mutual clients on real estate transactions. Sanjuana is an excellent communicator with all parties, especially the home buyer! I even used her with my own home refinance, closing was fast and easy. I definitely recommend Resonate.

  Words cannot explain how thankful I am. Sanjuana and Mario made the purchase of my home as easy as possible. Even though I had a lot of questions, Sanjuana and Mario will always take time to make sure I understand every step, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I had some issues during the process and like magic Sanjuana and Mario will resolved everything in the most efficient way. They always made me feel as I was calling a friend. They are both very knowledgeable, and professional. They can win your trust in the first 2 minutes. I did shop around with banks and other mortgage as well as other real states agents. But I am so thankful I choose Resonate, they have the best team, they are organized. I could write a whole book how awesome they are. If you are shopping around, stop!   I can’t say enough about the Connor and his team (Krystal and Jasmine) at Resonate Mortgage. The professionalism and customer service is among the best I’ve worked with in any industry. They never missed a single phone call, very responsive to my emails, and are always in a positive mood when you talk with them. My realtor, who’s been in the industry for over 30 years loved working with Connor. I personally worked for the largest financial institution in the US for years and their mortgage process couldn’t touch Resonate’s. Connor and his team made the home buying process an enjoyable experience without any worry. They are confident and know exactly what they are doing which earned my trust and business for life.

  Sanjuana and her team are the best! From day one, Sanjuana went above and beyond in every aspect. They are very efficient and always responded very quickly.   I have nothing but amazing things to say about Resonate! We used them to purchase our home and they go above and beyond for their clients. Oscar and his team work around the clock to get you the best deals, and solve any issues you may have. Their team was always communicating with us and keeping us in the loop 24/7!   As a single parent it’s hard to make a decision when it comes to a mortgage that is reasonable price and that fits our needs. But thanks to Sanjuana i was able to purchase my first home and made the process so much smoother!! she was very detailed, took the time to explain everything and was available if i had questions. she was super flexible and reliable.
