  Words cannot describe our gratitude for the service that Mike Carmell and Residential Savings provided to us when refinancing our home. I highly recommend them to anyone who is buying a new home or refinancing a current one!! Mike was always very responsive (it did not matter what day of the week it was or what time of day) and always able to provide the answers to our questions.   Recently we decided to refinance our house. After talking with few brokers and getting some offers, I decided to go with Andrew, and I’m glad I did. Andrew was very patience and very knowledgeable, and explained to me every step of the process. He handled the process quickly and was very organized. He was available every time I had a question to ask, and most important of all, he was very honest.   I started working with Bud Holland back in March of 2016 when my wife and I decided to purchase a second home in Bradenton, FL. I contacted lending tree online and received a call from Bud within minutes. He had a great personality and I knew he would work out. We started the process of receiving an approval letter from the lender prior to finalizing our selection of a home. We made several trips to the Sarasota and Bradenton area and finally found a builder that we both liked to build our new house. I informed Bud and he advised me to keep him informed of how the progress on the house was going. Throughout the year Bud and I would talk and he provided valuable contact information for insurance and a Title Company. A month before the closing Bud ensured that we had all the correct documentation in place to have a seamless closing. We also worked with Shakira Ostheimer on sending and reviewing the final documentation for the closing and just like Bud she was very professional and ensured we had no surprises. We have purchased three homes and the experience Bud provided was by far the best we have ever dealt with in purchasing a house. There were no last minute requests for documents that always seem to happen right before the closing and Bud was very professional throughout the process. We can only provide complements for a great job in processing our loan and we would highly recommend your company to others seeking a mortgage. Very Happy Home Owners!!

  Tahir and Shakira were extremely helpful the entire time. As a first time home buyer, I was not very knowledgeable about the process so I felt very fortunate to have these two to call on.
