Larry Kapit1I received an email offer last year to open a savings account with substantial money and receive a bonus after 6 months. The 6 months is gone and I didn't get the bonus. They claim I didn't use "new" money to open the account. I had transferred "new" money online the day before from another bank to to my TD checking and then it was used the next day to open the savings account. Sure sounds like new money to me... I opened the account in person, so obviously their rep knew what I was doing. I've had nothing but negative issues with this bank over the past 4 years. I don't often need to go inside, but it always results in poor service.

Laryssa Grguric5This branch has always been very helpful to me since moving to this area. I am very late to posting this but a few months ago I was about to leave for a flight and realized my debit card was missing. I called into the branch and spoke with associate Chris (I am hoping I am remembering his name correctly). Chris was able to go ahead and create a new debit card for me and discontinue the old number to avoid risk of fraud. I was in and out of the branch within minutes as Chris was waiting for me to come in and finalize card activation. I didn't miss my flight and had no fraudulent charges on my card. I cannot thank him and TD enough!

Jason J5This bank is great. Every other review is big baby lol. Mirna is awesome, she’s been helping us for over 5 years. I’ve dealt with 2-3 other people there as well and always got all my answers and always left satisfied. Thank you all for your hard work especially during these uncertain times.

Yona Hammonds1Probably don’t have enough tellers working for some odd reason. It would never take this long even if the Doors were open. Been in drive-through for 45 minutes and still three cars in front of me. Two lanes are open and nobody is moving. I don’t understand! This never has been the best bank but this just is ridiculous

Douglas Henry1This is the worst bank to use for business if you want to speak to someone via phone. Ive called at least 10 times in the past 2 months and only 1 time was I able to speak to a supervisor and then he told me I needed to go to a branch office in person because the password he had on file did not match the Only one I know???? I can use my Debt card, I can use the automated system with my passwords, but cant get assistance over the phone. Total time on phone has been at least 5 hours

Roxx Foxx5I opened the wrong account online. I went into the branch to have it rectified. My issue was resolved in 10 minutes, and I walked out a happy customer. I have been with TD for over 11 years, and will never switch. This branch is the closest to my house, and I have never had an issue that couldn’t be solved!

Bevy Ione1I’ve been banking with TD bank for 5 years and NEVER have I EVER experienced this customer service. Most bank tellers are helpful, WELL NOT at this location. The wait alone will drive you crazy.

Gabriel R. Blotor1TD Bank, in general, is NOT a friendly business environment. We never felt welcome here and staff is cold and bitter. We open this account to have some privileges when we travel to Canada, but in the end, not worthy it. If you ever lived under communism, welcome to TD Bank. I went to see Nicole, the branch manager it seems, with an issue and I realized that talking to a stone wall will get you accomplish more. We are closing all accounts with them. There are hundreds of other banks, don't waist your time. Do your research prior. Good luck!
